No. 3 Portmore Cove is a self catering apartment which has been designed with the less able bodied person in mind and therefore provides a hassle free and
comfortable base from which the spectacular sights of the North coast can be explored.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. In the adjoining living room there are a good range of high and low level
seating with an electric reclining chair. Also included in this area is the dining table and chairs and for those more relaxing days, a DVD and Video.

Both the bathroom and en suite have been designed for level access, with plenty of grab rails and supporting rails around the toilet.
There is secure parking underneath the building, which is entered through an automatic door at the rear of the building.
The apartment makes an ideal touring base as it is centrally placed for visiting Coleraine, Portrush, Castlerock, Bushmills with its Distillery, The Giants Causeway, Ballycastle and Rathlin Island.
BOOKING CONDITIONS (Please note this is a NON-SMOKING apartment)
Where possible, tenants must supply their own bathroom and kitchen towels and also their own bed linen. Alternatively, these can be supplied, but there will be an extra charge. Arrangements must be made at time of booking.
A deposit of 50.00 is required to secure a booking. Payment of the balance of your holiday will be on arrival.
Arrival is anytime after 2.00pm on a Saturday and the apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon.
You will be met at the apartment, given the keys and a few essential points will be explained eg the heating.
On departure the apartment will be checked to ensure it is in the order you found it.
Approaching Portstewart from Portrush on the A2. Portmore Cove is on the sea side of the road, approximately 300 yards past the Station Road junction and The York Restaurant.
